Per My Life by Bertha May Barton and Mardell Barton's family tree chart, Rutherford W. Barton was born on 16 JUN 1910. However, the social security death records show Rutherford W. Barton being born on 06 JUN 1911.
Although we have pictures of Rutherford's funderal, we don't know where Rutherford Barton is buried. In the picture just below, starting from left to right: Rutherford William Barton, son, Charles Erwin Barton, son, Bertha Mae Barton Busig McConnell, daughter and Lydia Ann Koenig Barton Anderson, mom.
In the next four pictures down, Rutherford is with his niece Ruth Evelyn Barton Busig Beedle, Gary Beedle and his mom Lydia Ann Koenig Barton Anderson. These two pictures were taken in January 1976, when Lydia was a young 91, she lived to be 96.
